We supply you with the invoices & chart notes you need for your insurance.  Just remember that many or most insurance companies refuse to pay for sophisticated trans-care, if any.  When they do agree to pay up it is usually only for the costs of low level care such as oral hormone therapy, which although cheapest is the riskiest & the least effective form of feminizing hormone therapy available.  Let's face it, you get what you pay for.
